FOUNDER CEO, PHILYMACK
Phil McIntyre, entrepreneur and a top entertainment executive, is the CEO of Philymack, the entertainment and music management company for multi-platinum artists Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas/DNCE, and most recently The Band Perry and Iggy Azalea.
As a music industry veteran and with an excellent reputation as a creative marketer, he’s credited with spearheading the successful re-branding campaigns for all of his artists in recent years. In 2015, McIntyre who is also a Billboard Power 100 honoree, put Philymack at the forefront of content creation, music, and endorsement landscapes by forging two strategic partnerships: the first one with Roc Nation, and a second one with the launch of Safehouse Records, a joint venture with Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, and Island Records.
In 2017, Phil took on the roll as producer in Demi’s YouTube documentary “Simply Complicated” which has has amassed over 13 million views to date. Additionally, in 2017, he was inducted into Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business” honorees and currently serves on the advisory board for Ember Technologies.

DEMI LOVATO
Demi Lovato is a Grammy nominated and multi-platinum singer, songwriter, actress, advocate, philanthropist, and business woman. She is one of the biggest names on social media with an engaged combined following of over 200 million. Her 2015 album CONFIDENT trended worldwide and hit #1 on iTunes in 37 countries. The 2013 release, DEMI, hit #1 on iTunes in over 50 countries around the world – with the lead single “Heart Attack” earning Platinum status just ten weeks after its release. Lovato’s latest project is the highly-anticipated sixth studio album, TELL ME YOU LOVE ME, which was released in September of 2017 featuring the triple Platinum “Sorry Not Sorry”. Following the album’s release, Lovato premiered the first ever full length YouTube documentary titled “Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated” and is now currently on a world tour.

IGGY AZALEA
Iggy Azalea is a four time Grammy nominated and multi-platinum Australian rapper who has had cosigns not only from King of the South T.I. but rap royalty from Dr. Dre to Snoop Dogg; in 2012, she became the first ever woman to be named to XXL’s Freshman list. Since then, collaborations with everyone from Southern rappers to EDM artists have followed.
In 2014, she made her US chart topping debut hitting a trifecta of worldwide #1 multi-platinum smash hits: ”Fancy” (featuring Charli XCX, 5x-platinum); “Black Widow” (featuring Rita Ora, 4x platinum); “Problem” (collaboration with Ariana Grande, 6x-platinum). “Fancy” was the longest-leading Hot 100 #1 hit by a female rapper, a new chart record. Most recently, Iggy released the first single, “Savior” (featuring Quavo), off her highly-anticipated upcoming album, SURVIVING THE SUMMER. The recent single was featured in the Monster Super Bowl commercial which also stars Azalea and was the most Shazamed song during the broadcast.

LAWRENCE TAYLOR
Boasting infectious choruses and spine tingling guitar riffs, 23 year old Birmingham born singer songwriter Lawrence Taylor is one of 2016’s most talked about artists. Debut track “Waiting For Your Love” immediately earned high praise from Clash Magazine and received airplay from BBC London (Robert Elms Session), Amazing Radio and Radio X (Shock Of The New). Lawrence Taylor’s second track “Bang Bang” began life as Q Magazine’s Track of the Day, and then exploded throughout UK, Europe and North America. The track has earned itself over 11M streams on Spotify and was featured in the New Music Friday playlist in the USA and countless tastemaker playlists such as Alternative RnB. To date, the Bang Bang EP has amassed over 20M Spotify streams helping Taylor reach number 1 on both the Global and US Spotify Viral Chart and HypeMachine Popular chart.

LABEL
Safehouse Records is an American record label created by artists Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas and their manager Phil McIntyre. Announced on May 26, 2015, their goal is to “put artists in control of their art while providing them the best tools to manage their careers”. The first official album to be released from the label was Lovato’s fifth studio album, Confident (2015), followed by Nick Jonas X2, the re-issue of Jonas’ self-titled second album. On December 15, 2015, it was announced the record label signed a joint deal with Universal Music Publishing Group, and also welcomed Chord Overstreet to a publishing deal, as part of Safehouse Publishing.
