FOUNDER CEO, PHYLIMACK

Phil McIntyre, entrepreneur and a top entertainment executive, is the CEO of Philymack, the entertainment and music management company for multi-platinum artists Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, and Joe Jonas/DNCE.

As a music industry veteran and with an excellent reputation as a creative marketer, he’s credited with spearheading the successful re-branding campaigns for all of his artists in recent years. In 2015, McIntyre who is also a Billboard Power 100 honoree, put Philymack at the forefront of content creation, music, and endorsement landscapes by forging two strategic partnerships: the first one with Roc Nation, and a second one with the launch of Safehouse Records, a joint venture with Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, and Island Records.

Additionally, in 2016, McIntyre launched Philymack Games, a mobile gaming venture, with Kevin Jonas II, and Roc Nation. Most recently, he was inducted into Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business” honorees and currently serves on the advisory board for Ember Technologies.

DEMI LOVATO

Demi Lovato is a Grammy nominated and multi-platinum singer, songwriter, actress, advocate, philanthropist, and business woman. In addition, she’s one of the biggest names on social media, with an engaged combined following of over 140 million. Lovato’s highly-anticipated fifth studio album, CONFIDENT, was released in 2015. Within hours of the release of the first single, “Cool for the Summer”, the anthem trended worldwide and hit #1 on iTunes in 37 countries. Her previous album, 2013’s DEMI, hit #1 on iTunes in over 50 countries around the world – with the lead single “Heart Attack” earning Platinum status just ten weeks after its release.

NICK JONAS

Multi-platinum and Grammy nominated recording artist, actor, and award winning songwriter, Nick Jonas released his self-titled debut album in November 2014. The critically-acclaimed album included the double-platinum and #1 U.S. radio hit, “Jealous”and his sultry chart-climbing radio single, “Chains.”As an actor, Jonas garnered unanimous critical praise for his lead role in the 2016 Sundance Film Festival favorite ‘ Goat’ , which was produced by and featured James Franco. DNCE

Formed in the summer of 2015, DNCE first introduced themselves to audiences worldwide with the release of “Cake By The Ocean,” their now 3x certified platinum-selling breakout smash. Included onthe group’s 2016 self-titled debut album [Republic Records], ͞Cake By The Ocean͟ entered the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became a hit at Top 40 radio, where it went on to become one of the most played songs of the year. An international success, global consumption of the song is over 9.5 million adjusted singles, including over 1 billion streams worldwide. What’s more, the companion music video has over 270 million views on VEVO.

THE BAND PERRY

Merging country, pop, and rock elements into a sharp contemporary sound, the Band Perry is comprised of siblings Kimberly Perry (lead vocals, guitar, and piano), Reid Perry (bass guitar), and Neil Perry (drums, mandolin, and accordion). The group officially formed in the summer of 2005, although the siblings had been singing together at home and in various configurations and bands since their childhood years in Mobile, Alabama.The album topped the country charts, hit number two on the Billboard 200, and was supported by months of touring throughout North America and Western Europe. The Band Perry version went on to win a Grammy in 2015 for Best Country Duo/Group Performance.

IGGY AZALEA

Iggy Azalea is an Australian rapper, singer, songwriter and model who topped the Billboard ‘Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums’ chart as the first female and non-American rapper. A fan of hip-hop music, she moved to America, the birthplace of that genre, to pursue her music career. She gained the attention of the media after music videos of her songs, ‘Pu$$y’ and ‘Two Times’, went viral on YouTube. While her debut mixtape ‘Ignorant Art’ got her recognition, she shot to fame with her debut studio album ‘The New Classic’. LAWRENCE TAYLOR

TO DATE, THE BANG BANG EP HAS AMASSED 13M SPOTIFY STREAMS, 350K SOUNDCLOUD PLAYS AND OVER 500K YOUTUBE PLAYS. Boasting infectious choruses and spine tingling guitar riffs, 23 year old Birmingham born singer songwriter Lawrence Taylor is one of 2016’s most talked about artists.
Debut track “Waiting For Your Love” immediately earned high praise from Clash Magazine and received airplay from BBC London (Robert Elms Session), Amazing Radio and Radio X (Shock Of The New).
Lawrence Taylor’s second track “Bang Bang” began life as Q Magazine’s Track of the Day, and then exploded throughout UK, Europe and North America. GRACE SEWELL

With her smoky, timeless voice, impressive songwriting chops, and youthful take on pop-soul, singer and songwriter Grace Sewell is one of 2016’s freshest success stories. The 19-year-old Brisbane native burst into the public consciousness with her chart- topping debut single “You Don’t Own Me,” a hip-hop-influenced cover of Lesley Gore’s 1963 emancipation anthem of the same title. CHORD OVERSTREET

Singer/Songwriter Chord Overstreet grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, in a musical environment with his parents and 5 siblings. His father, Paul Overstreet, is a two time Grammy award winner and the recipient of 5 BMI Songwriter of the Year awards. Known for his critically acclaimed role as quarterback turned glee club member Sam Evans on FOX’s Emmy Nominated and Golden Globe winning series “Glee,” Chord graduated from high school in 2007 and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in singing and acting. In 2015, Chord, who plays the piano, guitar, and drums, became the first artist to be signed to Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, and Phil McIntyre’s Safehouse Records, a joint venture with Island Records.

LABEL

Safehouse Records is an American record label created by artists Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas and their manager Phil McIntyre. Announced on May 26, 2015, their goal is to “put artists in control of their art while providing them the best tools to manage their careers”.[1] The first official album to be released from the label was Lovato’s fifth studio album, Confident (2015), followed by Nick Jonas X2, the re-issue of Jonas’ self-titled second album. On December 15, 2015, it was announced the record label signed a joint deal with Universal Music Publishing Group, and also welcomed Chord Overstreet to a publishing deal, as part of Safehouse Publishing.[2]
